Four wheels

After much palaver, we are finally equipped with an automobile! The process was much more complicated than we expected - don't want a car without insurance, can't get a good insurance rate without a local driver's licence, have to provide an insured car to take your driving test to get your licence! We finally figured out that a hire car would come with insurance, and this was the way to go. So Andrew now looks like a local, so long as he doesn't say a word :)

The new car arrived on Thursday, and it now has a massive 21 miles on the clock.

We (well mostly Andrew) also set up our new BBQ griller yesterday, conveniently sized to fit on our 1 m by 2 m balcony. The BBQ was kindly provided by Pam, who managed to win two BBQs and didn't need both! Yesterday we went to Menards and bought some fuel, and tonight we plan to attempt cooking on it.
